Conduction / convection cooled power supplies with a low 31mm height have up to 206W peak loading

San Diego, CA – February 2018 –
TDK Corporation announces the introduction of the TDK-Lambda CUS200LD AC-DC power supply, rated at 120W convection or 150W conduction cooled. Up to 206W can be delivered for up to 10 seconds to drive peak loads associated with dynamic LED displays. The product’s 31mm height allows the product to be mounted inside low profile signage, or industrial equipment with limited space requirements.
The CUS200LD has an 85 to 265Vac input and can operate in ambient temperatures of up to +70°C, with start-up at -40°C. Initially six output voltages are available; 5V, 7.5V, 12V, 15V, 24V and 48V adjustable by +/-10% for non-standard outputs. Overall case dimensions are 160mm in length, 60mm wide and 31mm in height. Connection is made via screw terminal blocks for both the input and output.
The power supply series is safety certified to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS2 Directives. The model is also compliant to EN 55011, EN 55032 Class B conducted and radiated emissions, EN 61000-3-2 harmonics and IEC 61000-4 immunity standards.
